2 c sifted flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 c baking soda
1/4 c vegetable oil
3/4 c evaporated milk (or buttermilk)
8 tbsp butter, softened
3/4 c sugar (or brown sugar)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c milk, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl and mix well. Stir in vegetable oil. Add evaporated milk and stir just until blended. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Roll into a 15 X 8-inch rectangle. Preheat oven to 400º. Grease a 9-inch round baking pan lightly. Spread butter over dough, Mix cinnamon and sugar and spread on butter. Roll up dough. Cut the roll into 1 1/2 inch slices. Bake until lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes. Make drizzle over top. (Optional)
