1 1/2 C Brown Sugar
2/3 Cub Salad Oil
1 Egg Beaten
1 C Buttermilk
2 1/2 C Flour
1 tsp Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 C Chopped Walnuts
1 1/2 C Finely Chopped Rhubarb

Topping
1 T Butter - softened
1/2 C White Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order given
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans
Mix 1 Tbsp softened butter with 1/2 C White Sugar, 1 tsp Cinnamon
Crumble over top of batter in the pan
Bake at 350º for One Hour or until done
