Full canner of tomatoes 2 green peppers 2 red peppers 6 large onions 12 jalapenos (leave seeds in 1/2) 2 tbsp garlic powder 3 tbsp cilantro 1/2 c canning salt 2 c vinegar 3 tbsp taco powder 3 tbsp cumin
Skin tomatoes; put in canner and chop other vegetables. Let simmer 6 hrs. Put in jars and process in a boiling water bath 45 minutes.
