1 loaf firm bread or thick cinnamon bread slices
10 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
8oz cream chesse
8 Tbl melted butter
1/2 cup half & half or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cube bread (about 1in squares) and layer half in 13x9 baking dish. Cut cream cheese into small pieces and scatter across bread. Top with remaining bread. Mix eggs, half & half, syrup, and butter together. Pour egg mixture over bread cubes. Press cubes down to absorb mixture. Refridgerate overnight.
Bake 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
Serve with syrup, jam or powdered sugar.
