1-1 1/2 lbs of hamburger
1 large can/jar spaghetti sauce
1 can italian style tomatoes (I use diced)
Italian seasoning to taste
1 can tomatoe paste
Pepperoni to taste (I probably use 1/2 a pkg)
Lasagna noodles (uncooked)
4 cups cheese of choice (I use a Mexican blend)
Parmesan cheese
salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion, salt and pepper. Drain, add the rest of the ingredients except noodles and cheese. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Spoon some sause on the bottom of a casserole dish, layer noodles, sauce and cheese. If kind of dry (usually isn't) add 1/4-1/2 cup water around the edges. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
Remove foil, bake for an additional 10 minutes or so to brown the chesse.
