9 x 13 pan

Melt over hot water in a double boiler
1 bag butterscotch bits
1 cup peanut butter

Add
6 cups rice krispies
Press in pan and chill

Melt over hot water in a double boiler
1 cup confectionary sugar
4 TBL water
1 bag semi-sweet chocolatre chips (12 oz/2 cups)
6 TBL butter

Spread chocolate over butterscotch mixture.
Chill
