Ingredients:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 T minced garlic
2 T honey
2 T olive oil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
2 (1/2 lb) steaks

Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour over steaks in a shallow dish. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours

Personal Notes:
This is an awesome marinade that we have used along with other Greek recipes. It's very good topped off with a little Feta cheese!
