2 packages frozen spinach, 3/4 c. melted margarine, 2 c. seasoned croutons, 1 medium chopped onion, 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp. thyme, pepper to taste, 1 tsp. garlic salt, 2 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate one hour. Form into walnut sized balls. Put on cookie sheet and freeze. Take out of freezer 20 minutes before using. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
