Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-1½ lb. ground beef
½-1 Cup of bread crumbs or pieces of stale bread
1 Diced onion
1 Diced green pepper (or any color of combination of small mini peppers)
1 Cup Diced olives (optional)
1-2 Eggs
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350º Approximately 1 hour

Combine all of the above (except ketchup) in a medium size bowl and mix well. You can add additional onions and peppers and olives if needed. Meat should be moist, so additional bread crumbs can be added if it is too wet.
Shape into an oblong loaf in a roasting pan then add a ½ inch of water, squirt ketchup on top and smear over loaf, squirt additional ketchup in pan and mix with the water. Bake uncovered

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Grandma Farah made this and Pa always wanted her to put it in the freezer because he liked it cold. She used olives, but since I don't like them I never put them in.
Note... do not pack meatloaf sandwiches for lunch 5 days in a row, they are not appreciated. 😊
