100g ground almonds
25g cocoa powder
80ml tahini
80ml maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sesame seeds, for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl add ground almonds, cocoa powder tahini, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
3. Mix until well combined.
4. Scoop 6 even sized portions on a lined baking tray leaving some space between each cookie.
5. Use your fingers to gently flatten each cookie.
6. Sprinkle cookies with sesame seeds.
7. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or
8. Allow the cookies to cool completely as they will still be soft there they come out of the oven!
