1 c uncooked wild rice
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 medium onion, diced
2 tbsp butter
1 qt milk
1 pt half & half
1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
10 strips crisp bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wild rice according to package directions. Saute onion in butter until tender. Add milk, half & half, and potato soup.

When mixture is hot, add cheese and wild rice. Heat until cheese melts and garnish with bacon.
