1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. coconut flakes
1 can apple pie mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, melted butter and coconut flakes. Pat in 9 x 13-inch pan, bringing up sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Spoon apple pie mix over cake. Combine sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over apples. Mix sour cream and egg with hand mixer until blended. Pour over cake. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

This is awesome served with vanilla ice cream!
