8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1 small jar dried beef - chopped Save some dried beef to top the dip
2 green onions, chopped with greens

Directions:

Mix ingredients and top with extra chopped dried beef and green onions

Dip your favorite cracker! (I like Triscuits the best)

This is our family's FAVORITE appetizer. We have made it a must-have at each family get-together. The recipe actually came from Grandma Fern. It was found in with her redcipes after she passed away, but we made it for years before then.
