1/2 cup prepared mashed potatoes

3 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup

1 teaspoon vanilla

peanut butter

Directions:
Mix the mashed potatoes and powdered sugar salt and vanilla till it becomes a pie

dough consistency . If too thin add more powdered sugar. Roll dough to 1/2 inch

use powdered sugar as you would flour. it's best if you use a pastry cloth and

powdered sugar. Spread peanut butter about 1/8 the inch over surface. Roll up like a

jelly roll , then hand roll to about 3 inch diameter . Slice into 1/4 inch pieces the in half

place on cookie sheet dry and store in Airtight container.
