Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with jackets on until tender. Peel, slice, and place in a greased pan.
Make a white sauce with 1 Tbsp. flour salt, and 1 cup milk. Add some grated cheese into white sauce until smooth. Pour over potatoes and mix. Top with more grated cheese.
Bake @ 350º until slightly browned and bubbly.

A Webb holiday favorite. For a big pan, double or triple the white sauce. Recommended to triple for a 9 x 12 pan.
