Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup coca
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
Marshmallows (not mini)
Frosting:
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening with sugar. Add in eggs.
Combine cocoa, flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry mixture to the shortening mixture and add in vanilla and butter flavoring.
Dough should be stiff and granular.
Chill for 30 minutes. (if you don't have time to chill, add flour to make it stiff)
Cut marshmallows in half and set aside.
Shape 1 inch balls and place on greased cooking sheet.
Bake @ 350º for 8 min. Remove and add marshmallow and cook 2 more min.
Remove and let cool completely before frosting.
Frosting:
In a sauce pan, combine the chocolate chips, butter, and milk.
Whisk the mixture until the butter and chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth, being careful not to overheat.
Add the powdered sugar: Add the powdered sugar to the chocolate mixture. Whisk again until everything is evenly combined and smooth.
Adjust consistency: If the frosting is too thick, add a little more milk, a teaspoon at a time. If it is too thin, add a bit more powdered sugar.
Spread the frosting over your cooled cookies. The frosting will set as it cools, making the cookies stackable.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Makes 40 cookies (more if smaller balls) but better to double the recipe.
