6 c oatmeal (quick)
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 c butter
3/4 c corn syrup (light)
4 tsp vanilla



Frosting:

2/3 c crunchy peanut butter
1 pkg chocolate chips
(I use about 1 1/2)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add corn syrup and vanilla. Mix in oatmeal and brown sugar. Press into large brownie pan. Bake 12 Minutes at 375. While warm, frost by melting the chocolate chips with the peanut butter and spread on bars. Cut into bars before the frosting becomes too firm.
