2/3 c milk
2 pkg dry yeast
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 c butter
1 egg
3 1/2 c flour

Frosting:
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Scald milk and add salt, sugar, and butter. Cool and add slightly beaten egg. Add yeast mixture and 2 cup flour and mix well. Add remainder of flour and mix again. Butter bowl sides, seal tightly and set in sink of very hot water for about 15 minutes. Dough will have doubled. Lightly butter pastry sheet and press out dough. Add on butter, cinnamon and sugar (I use brown sugar). Roll up and cut with thread. Place rolls in pan. Bake at 400º for 15 min. (until golden brown).
Combine frosting ingredients and mix with milk, orange juice or coffee for a different treat.
