3 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar
6 Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp yeast
2 eggs, beaten
7 to 9 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
Add eggs, 2 cups of flour and yeast; mix well.
Add 1 cup of flour at a time and then mix well.
Add enough flour to make a nice dough; it may take 7 to 9 cups.
Let rise for 15 minutes and then punch down; do this 3 times.
Let rise for 15 minutes and then make into buns; let rise for 1 hour.
Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
