6-8 potatoes, boiled
8 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. chives
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. milk
1 can French-fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Beat potatoes, cream cheese, chives, eggs, flour, butter and milk together until smooth. Place in buttered casserole and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Top with onion rings during last 2 to 3 minutes.
