1 pound ground beef - browned and drained
1 jar of spaghetti sauce - any brand you prefer

2 cups of cottage cheese
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 T. of parsley flakes

1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese

Uncooked Lasagna Noodles

Directions:

Combine browned ground beef and spaghetti sauce together - set aside

Combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, and parsley together - set aside

In a casserole dish spread approximately 1 cup of sauce mixture on the bottom of the pan, then add a layer of lasagna noodles.

Then add half of the cottage cheese mixture, spread across the noodles, sprinkle half the bag of mozzarella cheese and another cup of sauce mixture. Then add another layer of noodles.

Repeat the same process again with cottage cheese mixture, remaining mozzarella cheese, and remaining sauce mixture. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and cover with foil with shiny side down. Bake on 350 degrees for approximately 90 minutes.
