1 head iceburg lettuce
3 stalks chopped celery
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped red onion
1 cup frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients as listed and sprinkle with 1 T. sugar. Spread layer of mayonnaise over top and sprinkle with grated parmessan cheese. Chill overnight.

Before serving top with cooked crumbled bacon.
