Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe has been passed down thru generations from my great grandmother Marie Patton and I am sure she got this from hers. She would often make these for breakfast, but we usually made these for desert. All of the grandkids loved these, but we all requested them different ways. There has always been a divide between those of us who like the middle slightly doughy, those who want them fully cooked thru, and the real odd balls who want the middle raw lol. However you like them, I hope that you continue this tradition of making these for your families too. Be sure to make them all the ways so you too can debate on which is best. Marie was a beautiful lady with striking blue eyes and a gentle smile. You all would have loved her.
