2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons flour
½ to ¾ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ stick butter

• Mix all ingredients together and cook on medium heat.
• Let boil for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
• Serve over hot biscuits.
