1 pound of mild sausage
1 1/2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
1 package of hidden Valley ranch original salad dressing mix
1 can of mushrooms, chopped
1/2 cup of peppers, chopped
1/2 cup of onions, chopped
1 package of wonton wrappers

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown sausage, crumble and blot dry with paper towels. Combine all ingredients with sausage. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and press one wrapper into each cup. Brush with oil. Bake five minutes until golden. Next, fill wrapper with sausage mixture. Bake five minutes until bubbly.
