Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup shortening 3 eggs 3 1/2 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp cream of tarter

Directions:	Directions: Cream shortening, butter and sugar Add eggs and mix well. Sift all dry ingredients together into large bowl. Add to wet ingredients and mix well Chill for at least 1 hour. Preheat 375º Using cookie press, create cookies on cookie sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes
