Step 1 ingredients:

7 qts tomatoes
7 stalks celery
2 big onions
7 bay leaves


Step 2 ingredients:

7 tbsp butter
7 tbsp flour
7 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil ingredients in step 1 until done, then put through a food mill. Combine with step 2 ingredients. Boil for 1/2 hour then put in hot jars. Process in a pressure cooker for 15-20 minutes at 15 lbs of pressure. Makes about 10 quarts.
