2 pounds ground beef
Small onion
64 oz. bottle tomato juice
I can petite diced tomatoes, optional
1 can tomato soup
1 15-oz can Mrs. Grimes original chili beans (2 cans if desired)
Salt, pepper, chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onions in a Dutch oven. Drain grease. I rinse with water to remove more fat. Return to pan, add remaining ingredients and simmer until thick and flavors blend.
