Sauce:
Onions and garlic (no amount provided)
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato juice
dash of cayenne pepper
1 T. Sugar

Meatballs:
1½ pounds hamburger
12-16 white crackers, crushed
1 egg
Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
1 t. Parsley Flakes
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: Brown garlic and onion in 2 T. of olive oil. add tomato paste and tomato juice, cayenne pepper and sugar. Simmer for 1 hour.

Meatballs: Mix ingredients together and form into balls. Add enough milk to get the right consistency for shaping into meatballs. Drop the meatballs into the sauce and simmer for ½ hour.
