CRUST:

1 - 3 oz cream cheese
1/2 c soft butter
1 c flour



FILLING:

3/4 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
1 c finely chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
For crust, mix all ingredients together and pat in a small amount to line each little muffin pan (a tedious job).

Filling: Mix all ingredients together and fill each lined muffin 2/3 full. Bake in 325 oven 25 minutes.
