4 c flaked coconut
4 c powdered sugar
3/4 c cold mashed potatoes as served at table



DIPPING:

l - 12 oz chocolate chips
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cake paraffin or less

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first ingredients thoroughly and chill. Then form into small balls ready for dipping.

Melt dipping ingredients in top of double boiler and using a fork dip balls in chocolate. Place on waxed paper to cool.

Using a toothpick will work if you don't have trouble with them falling off.
