• 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
• 2 (12 oz) bags wedding cookies
Directions:
Directions:
Place white chocolate in top of a double boiler, bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts, stirring occasionally.
Dip bottoms (flat sides) of half the cookies in white chocolate; press flat sides of remaining cookies against dipped cookies, creating sandwiches.
Place on wire racks; let stand until white chocolate filling is firm.
