• ⅔ cup finely chopped almonds
• ⅔ cup sugar
• 2 tbsp flour
• ¼ cup butter or margarine
• 2 tbsp whipping cream
• 2 oz milk chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with foil.
Combine almonds, sugar, and flour in a bowl.
In a saucepan, melt butter with cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add almond mixture and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart onto foil-lined sheets.
Bake 8–10 minutes until golden. Cool slightly. Peel cookies from foil and cool completely.
Spread melted chocolate on flat side of each cookie.
