1 - 9" pie shell
1 lb lean ground round or chuck
1/4 c hot water
1 onion, minced
1 tsp salt or beef extract
Dash of pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat in heavy saucepan. Add the hot water, mixing well. Place over low heat and mix until pink color has disappeared. Should be no lumps. Add onion, salt and pepper; mix in well. Cover and simmer 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool. Add 2 teaspoons Worcestershire. Put in pie crust in tin and cover with crust and crimp edges. Cut small hole in top. Brush with milk. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes, then 350º for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
