Ingredients:  
1 1/2 Cup Powder sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 Vanilla, I add more for better flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg white until foamy.

Add powder sugar and mix on low, until combined.

Add lemon juice and vanilla continue mixing until white and glossy.

Separate in two bowls, In one bowl Mix in red food coloring up to 2 Tbsps.

In other bowl mix in green food coloring up to 2 Tbsps

To each bowl add 1/4 tsp water and mix. using knife or toothpick to wipe down edges.

Frost cookies
