3 Eggs
3/4 cups white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 cup grated unpeeled zucchini
3 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325 F

Grease loaf pans.

Mix sugars and eggs. Add oil and stir well. Add zucchini.

Sift dry ingredients together. Add and stir until well blended.
Add nuts.

Pour into well greased loaf pans.

Fill 1/2 full

Bake 35-40 minutes at 325 F
