2 Cups graham Flour
3/4 cup corn meal
1 tsp salt
5 cups flour
1 cup shorting heaping
2+ cups buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix like pie crust divide dough in half.

Mix 1 cup buttermilk and 1/2 tsp baking soda in bowl. Add to half dough mixture, you may need a little bit more buttermilk to correct consistency to roll.

Bake on Lefse Iron.

Follow step 2 to complete all dough.

Electric Fefse Iron is available thru Amazon. Any flat cast iron pan the larger the better will work.
