1 c sugar
1 egg
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 c flour
1 c walntus
1 t vanilla
1 can Mandarin Oranges - drained

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sugar, egg, soda, vanilla & salt. Add flour, walnuts, and mandarin oranges. Pour into greased 8x8" pan. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes.
Boil together: 3/4 c brown sugar, 3T milk, 3T butter. Pierce cake with fork. Pour hot topping over cake.
