1-3 oz cherry Jello
1 cup hot water
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup crushed pineapple
(drained and reserved to add enough water to make ½-1 cup liquid)
1 cup fresh cranberries, ground
1 orange, ground
½ cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the water. Dissolve the Jello in the hot water in 9x13" pan. Mix well.
Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Stir to dissolve well.
Add the remaining ingredients and chill.
Good served with Hollandaise Sauce.
