This recipe for Cashew Tuna Luncheon, by Elaine Dack, is from Seasoned with LOVE,

1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. water 1 (7 oz.) can tuna 1/4 lb. cashew nuts 1 c. finely diced celery 1 T. green pepper, chopped 1/4 c. onion, minced *salt, if cashews are unsalted pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole, saving out 1/2 cup chow-mein noodles. Sprinkle reserved noodles on top. Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes.
