Ingredients:  
4 Thick pork chops, 1/2c. Maple syrup, 1/2c. Water, 1tbsp. Chili powder, 2tbsp. Vinegar, Salt and pepper to taste ( I use white pepper ).

Directions:
Flour pork chops and brown in small amount of butter. After chops are nicely browned remove to a baking dish with a lid. Mix all other ingredents and pour over the chops. Cover and bake at 300 for 1hr. or until tender.
