2 c. Hot Red Peppers (Hungarian, Wax, Chili, Jalapeno),
10 c. Sugar
2. c. Vinegar
2 pkgs Certo
Red Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Grind peppers and vinegar in the blender. Put in large kettle and add sugar. Bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes. Turn off heat and add certo and food colorings. Boil 1 minute. Take off of the heat and let rest for 1 minute. Put in jars and seal.

About 8 - 10 jars
