3 cups margarine (1 ˝ )
3 cups brown sugar (1 ˝ )
3 cups white sugar (1 ˝ )
3 tsp vanilla (1 ˝ )
6 eggs beaten (3)
6 tbsp water (3)

6 cups flour (3)
3 tsp baking soda (1 ˝ )
3 tsp salt (1 ˝ )
9 cups oats (4 ˝ )

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine with brown and white sugar. Add eggs, water and vanilla. Add flour soda and salt. Then add the oats. Shape the dough in long bricks and freeze. Once frozen, cut into slices to bake. Bake at 400⁰ for 9 mins.
The thinner you slice them the crunchier they will be.
*This is a huge batch! I put the oats in another bigger bowl and added the mixture and mixed it with my hands. Half the recipe ‘just’ fits in the glass mixer bowl. (I wear gloves so it doesn’t stick as bad). Makes a million cookies, ˝ recipe is approx. 6.5 doz!!
