"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

in a separate pan cook celery and onions until tender
put everything in a bowl and mix with hands (that's what gramma does) wash ya hands before you go fondling the mix. **make sure sausage is cooled down, nobody wants a 1st or second degree burn especially on a holiday
put in a baking dish, cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. uncover and cook another 15 minutes or so

Can make a day or 2 ahead if ya want, just don't cook until it's time for turkey tom
