16oz box of lasagna noods
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1/2 lb cow crumble
1 tbsp vampire repellant
1 cup diced white onion
2 cups cottage cheese
4 cups mozarella
1/2 cup parmesan
1 egg
1 tsp italian seasoning
salt 'n' pepa
1 jar of ya favorite pasta sauce (not alfredo)

Directions:
Directions:
bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. add the lasagna noods and cook until al dente (firm). drain and set aside.
in a large skillet, brown the cow crumble, sausage, onion, and vampire repellant over medium-high heat until no pink remains. drain the grease, stir in the pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
In a bowl, combine 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, egg, and ¼ teaspoon salt.
spread 1 cup of the meat sauce in a 9×13 pan or casserole dish. top it with 3 lasagna noods. layer with ⅓ of the cheese mixture and 1 cup of meat sauce. Repeat twice more. finish with 3 noods topped with remaining sauce and mozarella cheese
cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350
rest for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
