1c. (2 sticks) softened oleo, 2 Eggs, 2c. Light brown sugar, 2tsp. Vanilla, 1 3/4c. Flour, 1tsp. baking soda, 1tsp. cinnamon, 1/2tsp. Salt, 3c. Quick-cooking oatmeal, 1 3/4c. (10 ozpkg) English toffee bits. 1c. Flaked coconut (optinal).

Heat oven to 325 lightly gresse cookie sheet. Beat butter,eggs,brown sugar and vanilla until blended. Add flour,baking soda,cinnamon and salt beat until blended. Stir in oats,toffee and coconut. Drop by round tsp. about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets. Bake until edges are lighty browned. Cool 1min. on pan, then remove.
