4 TBSP CRISCO LARD
1 tsp SALT
1 ½ CUPS COLD WATER

COOK
2 LB SAUSAGE
4 CUPS WATER
ONION
CELERY
POTATOES
SALT
PEPPER

LIGHTLY GREASE BOTTOM AND SIDES OF PAN. PLACE CRUST ON BOTTOM AND UP SIDES.

IF USING FRESH SAUSAGE, COOK POTATOES WITH SAUSAGE, NOT TOO SOFT. POUR INTO CRUST. COVER WITH A LAYER OF CRUST
IF NOT USING ALL OF THE BROTH FOR THE PIE, MAKE GRAVY WITH THE REMAINING
BAKE AT 400 DEGREES ABOUT 1 HOUR. MAKE SURE POTATOES ARE SOFT
