2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green pepper (optional)
½ cup chopped celery
2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
½ cup ketchup
2 T. brown vinegar
2 T. sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Brown the meat. Add veggies and cook until tender. Drain the grease. I drain in colander and rinse to make them as lean as ground turkey.)

Add remaining ingredients . Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
