1 8-ounce block of cream cheese
½ cup Miracle Whip
1 tablespoon minced onion
½ cup grated Velveeta cheese or shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Add cream cheese and Miracle Whip in a small mixing bowl. Beat using hand beater just until most of the cream cheese is broken down but do not beat until it's too creamy or whipped. Add cheese and mince onion on a microplane or smallest mince on your hand grater, add to bowl. Mix again just until cheese and onion is incorporated. Serve with ripple chips.
