1 can cream-style corn or plain corn
1 egg
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp. butter
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Melt butter in 1 qt. casserole.
Stir 1/2 crumbs in butter.
Put 1/2 corn in dish and set aside.
Put buttered cracker crumbs over the corn.
Beat egg in milk, add sugar and flour.
Pour half of mixture over the corn and crumbs in the casserole dish.
Add the rest of the corn, then crumbs.
Pour over remaining ingredients.
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
